Frequently Asked Questions

How do PureDrum Washing Machine Cleaning Tablets work?
PureDrum tablets dissolve during the cleaning cycle and help break down dirt, detergent residue, limescale and unwanted build-up inside your washing machine, helping to leave the drum fresher and cleaner.
How do I use PureDrum tablets?
Simply place one PureDrum tablet directly into the empty washing machine drum and run a hot or machine-cleaning cycle. Do not add clothes or laundry detergent during the cleaning cycle.
How often should I clean my washing machine?
For regular maintenance, we recommend using PureDrum approximately once a month. If you use your washing machine very frequently or have pets at home, you may prefer to clean it more often.
Can PureDrum be used in any washing machine?
PureDrum tablets are suitable for most front-loading and top-loading washing machines, including HE machines. If you are unsure, always check your washing machine manufacturer's care instructions before use.
Does PureDrum help with odours and pet hair?
PureDrum is designed to help remove the residue and build-up that can contribute to unpleasant washing machine odours. Its cleaning formula can also help loosen trapped pet hair and debris from inside the machine during the cleaning cycle.
